Retirees’ Reception 2026: Reunion in Greifenstein

For the annual retirees’ reception, Becker-Antriebe GmbH invited guests to the restaurant “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Greifenstein on 6 February. Numerous former employees accepted the invitation, once again turning the gathering into a special occasion for reconnecting.

The attendees were welcomed by Managing Director Maik Wiegelmann, who expressed his delight at the strong turnout. In his brief address, he reported on current developments at the company and gave an outlook for the 2026 financial year. Among other things, he spoke about a modern production line that further optimises processes and works even more efficiently. He also presented new products and new business areas that are shaping the outlook for 2026 in a positive way.

A particularly special moment of the reception was the welcome extended to several newly retired colleagues who were taking part in the event for the first time. As a gesture of welcome, Maik Wiegelmann presented them with a small gift.
“This reception is a real highlight every year, because it brings together people who have helped shape our company over many years. It’s wonderful to see how lively the exchange remains and how strongly many still feel connected,” said Maik Wiegelmann.

After the formal part, the guests enjoyed lunch together before the afternoon drew to a close in a relaxed atmosphere – with plenty of conversations, shared memories and time for collegial exchange. Once again, the retirees’ reception showed how valuable this tradition is: as a personal expression of thanks and as an opportunity to regularly bring former colleagues together.
