Thanks to state-of-the-art software, Becker’s engineers have succeeded in implementing sensitive obstacle detection in this application involving a flexible fabric. In addition, the intelligent drive system ensures that the fabric is always kept taut and that natural changes in length are compensated for. Furthermore, a fabric tension relief function can be activated to prevent the sensitive fabric from being subjected to unnecessary strain.
