After around 1.5 years of construction, the company Rolladen Bobrzyk has moved into its new, ultra-modern company building in Mainburg-Meilenhofen. The new building, completed in March 2025 and officially opened on April 1, offers more than 1,600 square meters of space—not only providing additional room to showcase innovative products, but also setting new standards for workplace quality for employees.

A building for the future and customer experience
The light-filled company building combines generous exhibition areas with modern office and training spaces as well as well-thought-out warehousing structures. Visitors can experience roller shutters, sun protection systems, and control technology in a realistic setting. “We wanted to give our customers the opportunity to get to know our products in an environment that convinces both technically and aesthetically,” explains Sophie Bobrzyk, deputy managing director (junior boss). “At the same time, it was important to us to create a modern working environment for our employees that meets the highest standards.”

Modern shading systems with Becker wireless technology
The new building features several shading systems, including four drop-arm awnings equipped with Becker’s latest wireless products. The heart of the control setup is the universal flush-mounted radio receiver VC420 PLUS, which is compatible with the CentronicPlus radio system and integrates seamlessly into the CentralControl CC41 central control unit. This combination enables centralized operation of the roller shutter and sun protection systems, including convenient timer functions.

A key advantage of the VC420 PLUS: the receiver can be installed behind any control element. This preserves the look of the selected switch series and offers maximum flexibility in interior design. The newly available Becker Tool app simplifies and supports the commissioning of CentronicPlus installations. Its user-friendly interface makes the entire process intuitive and effortless. Maintenance of the systems is also extremely straightforward thanks to the new app, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

Smart control — also via app and voice
The CentralControl CC41 serves as the central operating unit for roller shutters, sun protection, lighting, and other building applications. Thanks to a free app, commissioning, configuration, and operation can be carried out easily via smartphone, tablet, or desktop. In addition, voice control via Amazon Alexa is integrated, making operation—and thus the working environment—even more convenient.
