Controlling industrial doors accurately
For industry, just as for the emergency fire service, there is absolutely no time to lose. The requirement for an industrial door is therefore that it must function perfectly and quickly. We provide suitable systems for this purpose. Whether the door in question is a sectional, high-speed or roller door: with our wide range of drive and control engineering, we make it easier to get from A to B.
A good decision
Careful selection of our suppliers, perfectly combined components and assemblies plus high production standards mean that our door drives are built for reliability, long service life and smooth running. Together with our ideal range of control units, you get everything from a single source at Becker. So essentially the possibilities are limitless for your particular automation requirements.
Sectional door

Becker sectional door drives: flexible and compact
The sectional door is the door system installed most often in industrial premises throughout Europe. In Becker's sectional door range you will therefore find a wide choice of drive series that will meet your individual needs.
Our modular drive concept lets you combine manual operating units in any way you want. Manual operation by means of a light chain or crank can be installed via a defined interface. The basic drive always remains the same. This increases flexibility, and offers you major advantages. Whether you are looking for AC or three-phase drives, mechanical limit switching or electronic limit switching with an absolute value encoder – you'll find we have just what's needed for every requirement.
Your advantages at a glance:
- Compact design
- Modular construction
- Easy retrofitting and combination of different manual operating systems.
- The unit can be installed horizontally or vertically on the door
- Very quiet running
- Maintenance-free gears with lifetime lubrication
- Maintenance-free motor
- Easy, accurate, limit position adjustment
- Suitable for door leaf weights
up to 1,000 kg - Plug-in connecting cable
(length 4, 7 or 10 m)

- Suitable for universal use (power supply
3 x 230/400 V/ 50 Hz) - Easy changeover from star (3 x 400 V) to
delta (3 x 230 V) connection - TÜV type-tested
- Special voltages/frequencies can be supplied if required
High-speed door

Becker high-speed door drives Durable and time-saving
Sectional and flexible doors with conventional drive technology are subjected to extreme forces during the short periods of acceleration and braking. If you want to avoid mechanical damage, while at the same time reducing door opening and closing times, this can be implemented with a variable door operating speed using BECKER high-speed door technology.
You will be more than satisfied by the versatile setting options of the package that Becker has put together for you. Programming the limit positions and the UP and DOWN speeds is child's play.
Your advantages at a glance:
- High-speed opening and closing
- Modular construction
- Easy retrofitting and combination of different manual operating systems.
- The unit can be installed horizontally or vertically on the door
- Longer service life for the door system through controlled acceleration and deceleration
- Energy-saving due to short opening and closing operations
- Plug-in connecting cable
(lengths: 4, 7 and 10 m) - Fast speed of travel in closing direction due to extremely short stopping distance

- Easy installation through self-learning automatic configuration
- Diagnostic display can be monitored remotely for direct support
- Cost-effective all-in-one package
- TÜV type-tested
- Compact design
- Power supply 1 x 230 V
- Versatile setting options
Roller door

Becker roller door drives:
high-performance yet quiet
The Becker plug-in drives of the A/AW family without integrated safety arrester are designed particularly for smaller roller doors. Their intelligent, compact construction means they need little space, and allows them to be fitted in any orientation. In addition to the powerful three-phase drives in three power classes between 150 and 280 Nm, there is also an AC power version with 120 Nm. Both the motor and the worm-spur gear, which is self-locking in the event of a gear failure, operate extremely quietly. The Becker worm-spur gears effectively dampen impact loads. The magnetic brake provides high braking performance. Although part of the magnetic field of the winding is used for braking, the system provides a high output torque even at high door speeds.
Here again, our modular drive concept lets you combine manual operating units in any way you want.
Your advantages at a glance:
- Magnetic brake
- Modular construction
- Easy retrofitting and combination of different manual operating systems.
- The unit can be installed horizontally or vertically on the door
- Special voltage/frequency can be supplied if required
- TÜV type-tested
- Worm-spur gears: hardened and ground worm, worm wheel of high-quality special bronze
- Corrosion-resistant, torsionally rigid gear of special light metal alloy
- Plug-in connecting cable (lengths: 4, 7 and 10 m)
